E & I has been successful at many major venues, including several major State Fairs.
Our Festival concessions division, has been a pioneer in the ‘Interactive’ vending market. Our U-Squeeze Lemonade, and U-Fun-Do, are both interactive stands. U-Squeeze Lemonade, in which the customers squeeze their own lemons, and U-Fun-Do, (A play on the word, ‘fondue’) in which the customers dip their own frozen cheesecake-on-a-stick, or frozen banana-on-a-stick into a chocolate or butterscotch coating.

We use only fresh, top quality lemons, pure cane sugar, and spring water for out lemonade. We offer two sizes a 16 Oz, and a 32 Oz., both served in souvenir cups..
Freshly frozen bananas, and top quality New York Style cheesecake are used in our U-Fun-Do. Chocolate and Butterscotch dip coatings are also the best available.
Few vending stands offer the activity of preparing the drink or snack by themselves, and, as I stated before, it has been received very well everywhere we have worked.
